Stop guessing

You know something feels off. You just don't know why.

Maybe it's focus that won't hold. Sleep that won't come. Stress that won't settle, a mood that swings, or a recovery that has stalled. Most people are told to push through it without ever seeing what their brain is actually doing.

qEEG brain mapping gives you a clear, objective picture of your brainwave activity, so care starts with data instead of guesswork.

The approach

What is neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive way to help the brain learn to self-regulate, using real-time information about its own activity. It starts with a qEEG brain map, then turns that data into a personalized training plan.

During training, sensors read your brainwaves while you relax, watch a movie, or play a simple game. When your brain produces healthier patterns, you get positive feedback that reinforces them over time.

Studied since the 1960s

Neurofeedback is a well-researched, non-invasive approach to training brain activity.

Reads, never sends

Sensors read your brainwave activity in real time. Nothing is sent into the brain.

Built on your brain map

Personalized protocols are created from your qEEG, then refined as you progress.

Relaxed and simple

You relax, watch a movie, or play a simple game while positive feedback reinforces healthier patterns.

Where it starts

qEEG brain mapping: the foundation of your plan

Before any training, we map your brain. It is the difference between a protocol built for you and a one-size-fits-all guess.

  1. 01

    20-minute painless assessment

A comfortable sensor cap records your brainwave activity. No needles, no currents, nothing invasive.

  2. 02

    Activity across every frequency

Your map captures brainwave patterns from deep Delta through fast High Beta.

  3. 03

    Over- and under-activated patterns

Clinicians identify which areas are working too hard and which are underactive.

  4. 04

    A personalized plan

Your results shape a neurofeedback protocol built around your goals. The first appointment runs about 90 minutes, including consultation and mapping.

The signal

Brainwave frequencies we train

Your brain runs on rhythms. A qEEG reads each band, from the slow waves of deep sleep to the fast waves of high alertness. Here are the frequencies we measure and train.

Delta

0.5–4 Hz

Deep sleep and physical recovery.

Theta

4–8 Hz

Creativity, memory, and daydreaming.

Alpha

8–12 Hz

Calm focus and relaxed awareness.

SMR

12–15 Hz

Motor calm and steady attention.

Beta

15–30 Hz

Active thinking and alertness.

High Beta

30–40 Hz

Stress and hypervigilance.

Clinicians analyze your map and design a personalized neurofeedback protocol for your goals.

03

Neurofeedback Training

Twice-weekly sessions where you relax while sensors guide your brain toward healthier patterns.

04

Track Progress

Results are monitored and protocols are adjusted over time. Many clients notice changes within weeks, but results vary.

What to expect

From your first brain map to lasting change

Neuro Connect has truly been a blessing for our family. My 9-year-old, who struggles with severe ADHD, has made such meaningful progress since beginning treatment. We can see the difference—not just in behavior, but in confidence and everyday life. The entire staff has been wonderful, but Anabel has stood out in the most incredible way.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

A quantitative electroencephalogram (qEEG) is a non-invasive, 20-minute assessment that records your brainwave activity across multiple frequencies. A sensor cap reads electrical patterns so clinicians can see over-activated and under-activated areas and build a personalized neurofeedback plan. Nothing is sent into the brain.

Neurofeedback is non-invasive and drug-free. Sensors read your brainwaves and provide visual or auditory feedback designed to help your brain learn to self-regulate. There are no electrical currents or shocks put into your brain.

Your first visit is about 90 minutes and includes a consultation and the qEEG brain map itself. The brain mapping portion is painless and takes about 20 minutes while sensors record your brainwave activity.

The number of sessions depends on your goals and your brain-map results. A full protocol typically ranges from 20 to 40 sessions, often twice weekly, with your qEEG updated periodically to track progress. Many clients notice changes within weeks, but individual results vary.

We accept major insurance, HSA and FSA funds, CareCredit, and the Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA). For personal-injury cases, we work on an attorney lien so eligible patients can receive care with no upfront cost while a case is pending. We recommend verifying your insurance benefits before your first visit.

Yes. We work with children ages 6 and up, as well as teens, adults, and athletes. Each plan is built around the individual's brain map and goals.

Sí. Se habla español. We have bilingual staff and clinicians so Spanish-speaking patients and families can be fully supported throughout brain mapping and neurofeedback care.
